New appointments to support Quotient’s growth

Quotient has recruited James Higgins to the team as Product Manager. James has 10 years experience in medical sales and sales management, specifically in Point of Care diagnostics where he has dealt with pharmacies, GP’s, clinics and hospitals. His main role will be to support our international distributors in their marketing efforts but initially he will be strengthening our sales presence in the UK, where we have a number of opportunities close to hand. In addition we have recently taken on further technical support staff to accelerate our reader and cartridge manufacturing, and we are looking to expand our marketing and sales team.

A new member of the Board is Véronique Castelo, representing one of our institutional investors, Nice-based Succès Europe. An entrepreneur from the age of 23, Véronique built two successful medical technology companies which were successfully sold on to world leaders in each sector. She is well placed to help support our sales efforts in France.
