Greg Davidson – Chief Executive,
Greg
joined Quotient in August 2007 to take the team and the product
through to market launch. Greg has
extensive experience in instrumentation and diagnostics projects: his
career has included spells at Amersham International, Serono
Diagnostics and Leica Microsystems, leaders in Life Science imaging. |

David
Evans –
Chairman,
David
has constructed many venture capital deals and their subsequent
monitoring. He was Finance Director and later MD of Shield Diagnostics
and managed the complex merger of Shield Diagnostics with Axis
Bio-chemicals of Norway to form Axis-Shield plc. He is on the boards
of several Life Science companies. David took over as Chairman of
Quotient in April 2008 |

Dr Phillip Vessey
worked for Chelsea Instruments on all technical/engineering
aspects for over 20 years, taking scientific instrumentation
from concept, through development, production engineering and
pre-production into low or high volume manufacture. |

Adrian Gray
was formerly Operations Director of Provalis Diagnostics. He
has many years experience of instrument production, and also
in negotiating distributor agreements with major diagnostics
companies. |

David Percival has 22 years experience in developing diagnostics systems for diabetes, pregnancy and other markets. He has worked at a senior level in two publicly quoted companies and at the MoD’s Porton Down Research Centre. He joined Quotient in May 2006 as Research & Development Director. |

Simon Harris is responsible for raising finance and for building Quotient's
public profile. As a management consultant he has helped to
launch and built several successful healthcare businesses. |

David Chatterton
MBE, was formerly Chairman of Chelsea Instruments, one of the
UK's leading medical diagnostic instrumentation companies. In
2002 he secured the license for the technology and formed Quotient
to exploit its potential. He chaired Quotient until April 2008
when he handed over the reins to David Evans. |
